Before we begin
How long does a project take?
Indicative planning ranges are 2–4 weeks for branding, 3–6 weeks for a presentation website and 4–8 weeks for an online store. The schedule starts after the brief is agreed and the required materials are received. Complexity, integrations and approval rounds can affect the timeline; your project schedule is confirmed in the proposal.
How do I get a price?
We prepare a tailored proposal after discussing your objective, required pages or assets, functionality and schedule. It identifies what is included, what is optional and which third-party costs are separate.
Who coordinates the project?
You have one point of contact for the brief, feedback and delivery. DigitalGate coordinates the project and the resources needed for its specialist requirements. Responsibilities and working arrangements are agreed before work begins.
What should I prepare?
Your project objective, priority services or products, audience information and existing materials. After the first discussion, we identify what else is needed and who will provide each item.
Are revisions and maintenance included?
The proposal specifies revision rounds, post-launch support and any maintenance services. Changes to scope are discussed before additional work starts.
